No. Every plan includes unlimited pieces, unlimited email notifications and unlimited members.
No. Email is unlimited, but SMS costs real money to send, so each plan includes a monthly allowance of SMS credits^ (100 to 700, depending on plan). If a studio goes over, prepaid top-up packs can be purchased any time from the studio's settings page — no per-message billing, no surprise charges: 100 credits for $10, 250 for $22, 500 for $40, 1,000 for $70, or 2,000 for $130. You pay up front for exactly what you buy, and it never expires.
